Untag a build?

A bug was discovered in a pending KiCAD rawhide build, so I'd like to untag kicad-5.1.3-1.fc31 to keep it from going into rawhide. Koji ID 1344019.

I've never done that before, but I tried doing "koji untag-build f31-updates-pending kicad-5.1.3-1.fc31", which gave me an error:

koji: ActionNotAllowed: tag requires admin permission

Is that the correct command, and if so, is there a way for me to get suitable permissions, or can someone with permissions do it?

I'd also like to untag kicad-5.1.3-1.fc30 from f30-updates-candidate. I "unpushed" it in bohdi, but I'm not sure if that is sufficient to kill it. Koji ID 1344020.

	Steve
