Note that it also added a dependency on the tss2 package.  That's small
and doesn't have unexpected dependencies (just openssl) so it's not a
huge deal, but... it's a sign of just how easy it is for these
dependency chains to grow unchecked.  Fortunately rpm-sign-libs isn't
part of the buildroot.
