Either you missed one or you hit a very small window, then, because
coin-or-Clp did not simply rebuild successfully, because it needs to be
flipped to do a bootstrap build when you bump the mumps soname, then
flipped back to do a normal non-bootstrap build once the bootstrap
build is done.
