It seems to me that, even if the default option for Flash is "Always
ask", when you go to a site where Flash is needed, no answer appears.
So I need to click on the (i) or the padlock near the address bar,
select "Site settings" and allow Flash explicitly.
At this point it works.

Someone can confirm?
