Well, fedora-obsolete-packages requires a bug, so I filed: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1700073 for the update. I thought we didn't want to use "change" bugs as blockers/exceptions? (since they would get closed before they perhaps should be?). I can add the change bug if you like tho... or we could transfer the FE to the other bug? kevin
