There's no review or anything on wiki pages, but it might be cached.

Try a shift reload or look at it again in a bit.

We actually have things setup so mediawiki is supposed to purge the
cache when there are edits of a page, but sometimes it doesn't seem to
happy correctly or on all our proxies. ;(
