https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/ does not have python-pyside2-5.12.1-1.fc31.src.rpm,
and searching the 'net for python-pyside2-5.12.1-1.fc31.src.rpm yields no download.
If you want help, then please post good links.

Sorry, yes scratch builds are hard to find if you don't have the link...
