New Repo failed with "The Pagure project already exists"

I’m very new to Fedora packaging.

When I requested a repo for a new project I’m submitting called “make-it-quick", I got the following response: “The Pagure project already exists” (see https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/issue/10703). The sources at https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/make-it-quick are owned by limb, and I’m not a member of the project. As a result, my `fedpkg push` commands are rejected.

Is it because I had created a project with the same name using the web interface (https://pagure.io/make-it-quick) ? In any case, how do I fix that?

Thanks
Christophe
