More than 24h later and I'm still not able to find even one European
mirror with synced source packages :/
Checked few in US and Canada and situation is the same.
Almost half of those mirrors which I've checked are stuck in the same
day in the middle of August 2018.
Another ~30% are stuck on 17 Feb.

It is really hard to believe that on all those out of sync mirrors
admins stopped syncing rawhide in one of the two possible days
simultaneously.
