Actually, I consider ant & Co's modularisation to be a non-helpful
mistake, which should be reverted ASAP.
There is nothing to revert actually. Packages are orphaned and all that's needed is someone to take them and maintain them.
P.S. This imposes work on my team cause we would have to move Eclipse to a module too due to that but having maintained Ant & Maven stacks before I fully understand the need to make a clear separation between runtime and buildtime deps which can't be achieved with the pristine repo model.
