Well, obviously we would prefer that the scriptlets just go away and not
be replaced with magic.  The magic macros exist to accommodate those who
wish to have a single spec across Fedora and EPEL, There's a limit to
how far that technique can be taken but we try to add macros like
%ldconfig_scriptlets, %ldconfig_post, %ldconfig_postun and %ldconfig
when possible.  It's surely better than having people include needless
ldconfig calls just because EPEL requires it.

And this reminds me that the documentation for those needs to move to
the EPEL guidelines now that F27 is EOL.
