So, a couple of notes on this compose. It has two obvious major bugs.
One:

the manifestation of that in 20190114.n.0 is that many services fail to
start on live images, which prevents at least the Workstation live from
booting at all. To work around this, boot the image with 'enforcing=0'.

Secondly, interface elements like radio buttons and checkboxes in the
installer don't display the actual checkmark or dot or whatever to
indicate they are selected. This appears to be some sort of GNOME
component mismatch, or something, because a new gtk3 build appeared
just after the compose ran:

with that gtk3, this works fine - so it works fine in today's compose,
20190115.n.0.

We're currently working on fixes for #1663040; if we can get that
sorted out for tomorrow's compose, I'll probably force a new validation
event to be created.
