The bugzilla upgrade removed the "see-also" field which I found most

the current version?

A bug requesting that it be brought back has been closed as WONTFIX:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1661164

I've commented there also, but I'd like to learn how others go about it
without "see-also".

I don't remember what see-also looked like, but there is still a field
there (referred to somewhat cryptically as ET in the bug) for connecting
a bug to an upstream bug via the "External Trackers" section.
