It doesn't include that feature so far. There's a month until GNOME's
UI freeze, so there's still time, but I wouldn't count on the feature
landing.

The design has evolved a bit since I blogged about it (the upstream
design page [1] is up to date). Ryan Lerch was involved in some of our
discussions, so the Fedora Design Team should hopefully know what's
happening.
