This is interesting.
1. js-jquery2 provides jquery = 2.2...
2. The script finds that other packages provide jquery (any version) and hence
it ignores dependencies on jquery.
3. rubygem-jquery-rails requires jquery and is not reported by the script.
The code essentially has this:
for prov in provides:
# check only base provide, ignore specific versions

# Elide provide if also provided by another package

# collect dependent packages only if the above for didn't break
I think this problem can be fixed by using prov instead of base_provide in the
check. I'll run some tests to see how it alters the results.
