Tried this and it showed up for me:
[root@flap ~]# cat /sys/block/nvme0n1/queue/scheduler
[none] mq-deadline
[root@flap ~]# insmod
/usr/lib/modules/4.20.0-0.rc6.git0.1.fc30.x86_64/kernel/block/bfq.ko.xz
[root@flap ~]# cat /sys/block/nvme0n1/queue/scheduler
[none] mq-deadline bfq
