There's really one remaining thing for a new release of FedoraReview:
porting to Python 3. There's a WIP PR here:
https://pagure.io/FedoraReview/pull-request/312

If it doesn't budge this week, I'm hoping to take a crack at it in the
next week or so and try to pull it over the finish line.
