This should have been fixed by 3.11.3, deployed to production
yesterday. Did you see it today?

This one should have been fixed by 3.11.1, which was deployed last
week. It was actually due to the order of the options in the new update
form changing, while the default remained the first option (so, the
default changed to logout).
