orphan != retired. You don't need a reason to orphan something other than
just not having enough time.

Yep, and if that is the case, I'm happy to take it on, I just don't want to take on something that has an underlying issue I have missed.

And I mainly asked as it was just orphaned, and I may have missed a message about it.
