>From the press release, which is all I know about, it's not due to
complete until "latter half of 2019." which is around a year from now
and it has to go through all the regulatory reviews. Until that point
there's nothing to discuss and I wouldn't expect any engagement with
the community until then because everything is subject to change.

So I suspect it's a wait and see and we'll know more a year from now.
