Ah, interesting, that's a side-effect of distprefix being pulled in by
dist in now, and mass rebuild changelog scripts typically null dist in
release entries… So, probably not possible any longer to do mass
rebuilds without full dist in changelogs (unless you want to enter
hack-land).
Not sure if going full dist is a problem, mass rebuilds are pretty much
release specific anyway.
I had missed this part, sorry about that.
However, I'm pretty sure mass improving changelog entries is not in the
scope of
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Who_is_allowed_to_modify_which_packages
Fixing failing builds clearly was.
