Hi, recommending to use %define is wrong. AFAIK our guidelines tell to use %global instead. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#.25global_preferred_over_.25define (Yes, I know about favoured brand new docs.fp.org but I fail to find a search bar or any useful table of contents there.
