The maintainer for Plymouth, Ray Strode (halfline), is not addressing its bugs on RHBZ (one response all year on a single bug, accepting a patch), including showstopper bugs that are preventing boot entirely in some instances. Per https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers/ , I have attempted to contact Ray via https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1629393 twice without success. Does anyone know how to contact Ray? In reference to the above policy, I'm not seeking to take over maintainership of this package, but given that when enabled Plymouth effectively becomes a boot-critical component, it either needs to be adequately maintained or removed from Fedora IMO. _______________________________________________ devel mailing list -- devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send an email to devel-leave@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Fedora Code of Conduct: https://getfedora.org/code-of-conduct.html List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
