Need assistance to fix bpy incompatiblity with Python 3.7 for f29+

Due to the incompatibly with bpy (Blender as Python module) and Python
3.7, the interface failed to render as seen on this report:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1631922

Normal solution would be using Python36. Unfortunately, there is no
python36-devel or modules to properly rebuild Blender. So I am looking
for suggestion and alternative to address that issue. I filed the bug
upstream: https://developer.blender.org/T56969 for now.

Thanks
