yeah, it seems:

* The compose failed due to a transitory network blip of some kind (it
couldn't download a package).
* It was resumed
* It still wasn't done after many hours (because the sync script was
busy syncing rawhide)
* It got resumed again
* The sync finally got there and synced the changes
* The first resume finished Successfully
* The second resume failed at the very end when it tried to remove
itself from the database 'composes' table (since it was already gone).

We are going to add a check that will prevent it from resuming unless
it's in the failed state and not running. That should prevent this from
happening again.
