I was dropping py2 subpackages from packages I maintain. I definitely checked what depends on it, but seems I missed this. I will revert it.

Whoa, whoa, whoa!!!  The python 2 version of Theano is still needed by
the python 2 version of sympy, which is still needed by sagemath.  The
sagemath developers are working on python 3 support [1], but it isn't
ready to go yet.  In the meantime, the entire sagemath stack has to
stay on python 2.

Was there some problem you were trying to solve by removing the python
2 subpackage?  If so, this isn't the right way to solve it.  Please
revert this commit.
