python-pip license changed (and clarified)

python-pip 9.0.x had MIT as License (bundled deps were not mentioned)

python-pip 18.0 now has more enjoyable:

MIT and Python and ASL 2.0 and BSD and ISC and LGPLv2 and MPLv2.0 and (ASL 2.0 or BSD)
