ggplot2 requires tibble and scales. There's a build failure with tibble [1] holding that back. On scales, it requires RColorBrewer, but I'm waiting for the other person to get back to packaging it [2], or maybe I'll have to do it myself.

lsmeans requires xtable, so there's a loop. But those other things are just Suggests; they may only be needed for tests and the like.
