License of transfig package was changed from: MIT to: MIT and GPLv3+ https://src.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/transfig.git/commit/?id=fe80b4977bc3a9a3c47497a0042a2ca4a5001ba8
The fig2dev/lib/.c files are not used when building on Linux, after adding: rm fig2dev/lib/.c To "%setup" the package still builds fine and without the rm, no .o files are generated, so I believe that the correct license is just MIT. Please change the license tag back to just MIT to correctly reflect the license of the binaries in the package which is just MIT as the GPL licensed files are not used for building. Also in the future if you add combined license tags because of something like this, please put a comment in the .spec file above the License tag explaining why it is that way, rather then hiding this in the commit message of the commit changing the license tag.
