Removing Yyum would mean that there will no longer be /usr/bin/pungi available in Fedora. This is not a problem for any work done by release engineering, but it is still used by people creating spins. So this is a call to action: if anyone wants to continue using it, now is the time to come up and port it to DNF (and Python 3).
