This issue was caused by me as part of post-F26 EOL housekeeping, following the https://pagure.io/fesco/issue/1736#comment-455818 FESCo decision. If this approach is causing issues we can skip the step setting "needinfo" flag and leave just a comment in the bug. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might caused.
