and click on "Installation Guide" on the right hand pane
it will direct you to:
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/f28/install-guide/
This was a human error on my part. The site should be updated in the next 10 min on docs.stg.fedoraproject.org and in the next 60 min on docs.fedoraproject.org. I am sorry about this.
