This likely was because the 2018-04-19 rawhide completed _after_ the
2018-04-20 one and synced out over it (making things "go backward").

This should all be back to normal after the one on the 21st.

We are going to put in place a lock so we only run one rawhide at a
time, but likely not until after release at this point.
