The script generating this report is getting confused when it sees multiple version of the same package in the compose. Originally it operated on the assumption that all variants in the compose contain packages from the same Koji tag, and therefore each package will exist in only one version. It puts everything on one big pile and then looks for the differences. In new modular world this is no longer true. Fedora-Rawhide-20180409.n.0 had these: cri-o-2:1.10.0-8.gitd0dbfe0.fc29 perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2-0:2.080-1.fc29 perl-version-6:0.99.18-7.fc29 Fedora-Rawhide-20180411.n.3 had these: cri-o-2:1.10.0-14.gitc24e0d9.fc29 cri-o-2:1.10.0-4.git623b502.module_1639+a0f25af7 perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2-0:2.074-1.module_1616+cde02406 perl-Compress-Raw-Bzip2-0:2.081-1.fc29 perl-version-5:0.99.18-1.module_1616+cde02406 perl-version-6:0.99.20-1.fc29 The best option would probably be to generate separate separate changelog for Everything and Modular variant.
