This is the compose with (we hope) correct systemd fixes for Atomic
Workstation boot. We're going to choose between 1.1 and 1.3 (and not
shipping at all) at go/no-go tomorrow. It'd be great if we can get some
testing on 1.3 - please focus on tests that involve systemd, and some
package install / removal tests for packages with systemd services and
things (as the changes are to scriptlets and triggers).

1.1 coverage is looking pretty good now - thanks a lot to all testers!
