Cannot run scripts in FC3 if the first line is a comment specifying interpreter

Hi,

Just installed FC3 and updated. But I found that I
cannot run scripts if the first line is the comment
specifying the interpretor, like:

=============
#!/bin/bash
echo "aaa"
=============

but a script without that first line works fine:

=============
echo "aaa"
=============

Does anyone have the same problem? How to fix it?

thanks,
Chris
