IMHO , We should open an FE (Freeze exception) to gcc and annobin [1], please. I have been there (on GCC bugs) [2] after the GCC 8 mass rebuild, the problem was composes for F28/rawhide that stopped and we didn't had time to fix all things, now that composes back to normal we should add , at least, these packages. What I mean if composes worked as usual, I'm almost certain thatpackages would be in F28 before freeze .
