Hi list, latest F28 mame build [1] has failed at the linking stage on x86_64 only with the following error: `_ZSt20__replacement_assertPKciS0_S0__end' referenced in section `.gnu.build.attributes' of ../../../../linux_gcc/bin/x64/Release/mame_mame/libsega.a(model1.o): defined in discarded section `.text._ZSt20__replacement_assertPKciS0_S0_[_ZSt20__replacement_assertPKciS0_S0_]' of ../../../../linux_gcc/bin/x64/Release/mame_mame/libsega.a(model1.o) Strangely enough, the same build has succeeded on rawhide [2]. This is confusing, as both branches were using the same gcc release, 8.0.1-0.16.fc28 and 8.0.1-0.16.fc29, respectively. Any ideas what might be causing this? Thanks for the input in advance.
