As per step 4 of Policy for nonresponsive package maintainers [1], I'm asking here whether anyone knows cquad, who is maintainer of the josm package, and has a way of contacting him/her. This package is quite outdated as it has not seen an update in 14 months. There is a bug report requesting an update [2] with 3 comments from 3 different people and no response for 4 months. I am not interested in taking over this package. As the software depends on rapidly changing web service APIs, it is partially broken and I would like to see it updated or removed, but not broken.
