Keeping external kernel modules up to date with yum

Is there a standard way for keeping external kernel modules up to date via yum? Apparently the standard is for the package name be "kernel-module-<module>-<kernelversion>". But with the "name" of the package containing the kernel version, new versions for new kernels look like new packages, not updates.

Is anyone building external modules for FC3?
