Hello guys,

and sorry for the delay - I've got caught in my other responsibilites. I have created the Wiki page for this change, as requested:
To comply with the guidelines there, I had to categorize this as a "system-wide change" though.

The pull-requests to update specfiles for all the dependant packages have been already submitted. Some of them were already accepted. You can see the progress in this tracking BZ: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1534638

The mass rebuild of F28 is done, and I'm aware only about one FTBFS related to these changes:
