This build fails, but only on s390x:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=24760023
The strange this is that libiscsi is not installed into the build root
on s390x (but it is on other architectures) and that apparently causes
the missing dependency which causes the build to fail.
It seems the s390x environment needs some work, e.g.
nothing provides rdma-core-devel(s390-64) needed by hwloc-devel
in https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=24761515
And I just found:
nothing provides libibverbs.so.1()(64bit) needed by openmpi--2.1.1-7.fc28.s390x
in https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=24761507
I don't understand.
libiscsi was built on s390x, see:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=979268
Somehow it's not available for further builds, which appears to
be a Koji problem.
Hmm, I tried to rebuild libiscsi in
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=24761879
but got:
DEBUG util.py:439: No matching package to install: 'libibverbs-devel'
DEBUG util.py:439: No matching package to install: 'librdmacm-devel'
OK I see now.
There's some further analysis on the bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1542728
Rich.
I've built rdma-core for s390x now. libiscsi builds still don't seem
happy though - https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=24770625
Working on openmpi and others ....
