Actually Michael retired in 2010 for Fedora. jcapik maintained it in EPEL 6 according to pkgdb [0]. This inofrmation does not seem to have been migrated afaics: https://pagure.io/releng/fedora-scm-requests/raw/master/f/rpms/gqview should say that jcapik receives the EPEL but reports but it does not AFAIU.
