broken terminfo database in latest ncurses?

Hi,

Just applied all recent updates and seems after this now mc is not able recognize correctly number of available colors on gnome-terminal and xterm, and on gnome-terminal cursors are not working now.

$ rpm -q --changelog ncurses-base | head -10

- use macro for ldconfig scriptlets
