Actually it turned out to be much more complicated because almost all of those
packages were not touched for decades...

So my proposal is to file a bugs for each of those packages asking maintainers
to fix it up:

* Remove dependency on systemd-sysv along with systemd-sysv-convert executions
* Remove Requires(post,preun,postun): systemd-units and replace them with
%{?systemd_requires}
* Add BuildRequires: systemd where macro from previous point is used
