Thus in Fedora, the latest Stubby is currently installed with the latest release of Getdns. See https:// src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/getdns/blob/master/f/getdns.spec Maybe you could suggest the package maintainer to add a "Provides: stubby" so it can be found directly.
