Fwd: Broken dependencies: redhat-rpm-config

Started getting these bogus broken deps emails after merging a request to depend on gcc conditionally. Is the broken dependencies check done with yum era repoclosure still, or...?

redhat-rpm-config has broken dependencies in the rawhide tree:
On x86_64:
	redhat-rpm-config-72-1.fc28.noarch requires (annobin if gcc)
On armhfp:
	redhat-rpm-config-72-1.fc28.noarch requires (annobin if gcc)
On ppc64le:
	redhat-rpm-config-72-1.fc28.noarch requires (annobin if gcc)
On aarch64:
	redhat-rpm-config-72-1.fc28.noarch requires (annobin if gcc)
On ppc64:
	redhat-rpm-config-72-1.fc28.noarch requires (annobin if gcc)
On s390x:
	redhat-rpm-config-72-1.fc28.noarch requires (annobin if gcc)
On i386:
	redhat-rpm-config-72-1.fc28.noarch requires (annobin if gcc)
Please resolve this as soon as possible.
