stg.pagure.io SSL cert error

While browsing around a sandbox project on stg.pagure.io, the release folder  
URL goes to https://releases.stg.pagure.org

Firefox refuses open it because the server's SSL cert does not include this  
particular domain. Furthermore Firefox refuses to add an exception because  
of HSTS.

Where should this be reported to. Poking around I couldn't find the  
appropriate bug reporting channel...
