'configure' error on x86_64/ppc64 only

Hi all.

'configure' command of 'mld2p4' package is failing on Rawhide
x86_64/ppc64 only with:

> checking for working installation of PSBLAS... yes.
> checking for version of PSBLAS... Done
> configure: error: PSBLAS version major "unknown".

It happens on koji, not with 'rpmbuild' and 'mock'.

Can anyone get 'config.log' from build
