Also just discovered:
Network drives (cifs) that were in use are no longer mountable on the
4.13.4-200 kernel.
Reverting back to 4.12.14-300 and all is well again.

Kernel 4.13 changed the default cifs mount version from 1 to 3. You can either fix the reason that you need to mount with version 1 or you can add a parameter to the mount to force version 1.

I deleted the email that was sent out recently, so I can't give you exact references.
